The watch blends a classic 1950s aesthetic with modern precision. The 43mm round, polished case is manufactured from 18k with a fixed 18k rose gold bezel and a solid 18k case-back. The dial is mercury silver with index hour markers and luminescent hands.

 It is powered by the Breitling Caliber 45 self-winding automatic movement, which is a COSC (Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute) certified chronometer. This movement operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (vph), contains 25 jewels, and offers approximately 40 hours of power reserve.

The watch displays the day of the week in an aperture at the 12 o'clock position, and the date in an aperture at the 3 o'clock position. It also features hours, minutes, and seconds functions.

It is built with a convex, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on both sides. The watch has a water resistance of 100 meters (330 feet).

This example, dating to 2018, is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition having been subject to a full Breitling service in November 2025. The watch therefore remains under Manufacturer's warranty until 5th November 2026. The watch is supplied on barely worn Breitling dark brown calf-leather strap with contrast stitching and an 18k Rose Gold Breitling Tang buckle. The watch comes complete with cardboard outer and gloss wood inner box, wallet containing owners manual, maintenance booklet, Chronometre certificate and electronic international warranty (activated by ourselves when we sold this watch new in the first instance).
