The Pasha line was inspired by a legendary 1932 commission from the Pasha of Marrakech, who requested a water-resistant gold watch elegant enough for royal duties. The modern iteration was designed by Gérald Genta (the designer of the Royal Oak and Nautilus) and debuted in 1985. The 2412 reference represents the "Pasha C" era, which targeted a younger demographic by moving from precious metals to stainless steel while maintaining the collection's core design codes.

It has a 36mm stainless steel case housing the eta based Cartier caliber 047 Chronograph movement boasting 37 jewels and 42 hour power reserve. Introduced in the mid 1990s, it represents a sportier, more accessible version of the original 1985 Pasha. It is defined by its iconic "canteen" crown cap, round case, and distinctive Gérald Genta-inspired design that incorporates

"Vendôme" style lugs which use a central T-bar attachment for the bracelet.

The dial is textured white with a subtle grid pattern, and the hands are luminous blued steel sword-shaped.

This particular model is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition and comes on a 'flat-H' link stainless steel bracelet with hidden clasp. The box is supplied as a full set with it's original inner and outer Cartier boxes, and wallet containing catalgue and guarantee booklet.
