The Rolex Cellini Prince 5443/9 is a luxurious, Art Deco-inspired dress watch produced between 2005 and 2014 as a modern revival of the original 1928 "Doctor's Watch". It is distinguished by its rectangular 18ct white gold case and is notable for being one of the first Rolex models to feature a transparent exhibition case back. 

 

The 18ct white gold case measures 28mm x 47mm. It features a stepped flank with fluting near the lugs and an ergonomic, sloped design to fit comfortably under a shirt cuff.

The dial has a striking black and red "Rayon Flammé de la Gloire"guilloche pattern. It follows a "double dial" layout with hours and minutes at the top and a large small-seconds sub-dial below for high legibility.

The watch comes on a high-gloss, black alligator leather strap and a matching 18ct white gold double-folding deployment clasp. 

The watch is powered by the calibre 7040: This manual-wind, COSC-certified chronometer movement was specifically designed to fit the rectangular case. The movement offers an impressive 70-hour power reserve, and includes a Breguet overcoil hairspring, Paraflex shock absorbers, and hacking seconds for precise time setting. The case has an exhibition case back through which one can see the movement's bridges, that are decorated with engravings that match the Guilloche pattern on the dial (e.g., the Sunburst or "Rayon" motif). The watch is rated to 30 metres (3 ATM) water resistance.
This particular example, dating from 2006, is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition and comes as a complete set of outer sleeve, inner and outer boxes, Rolex Prince booklet, Translation booklet, 2006/7 Calendar card, Wallet containing punched papers guarantee certificate from U.K A.D, and Rolex seal and serial number hang-tags.
